Decrees are not like the positive affirmations prescribed by New Age spiritualism or advocates of The Secret style philosophies. Decrees are not words of wishful thinking simply said out loud. Decrees, based on scriptural truths, do two things: renew our minds and create a heavenly atmosphere.
