Shipping Information
The Arsenal Bookstore is committed to processing your order in a timely manner. Unless your product is back ordered, you can expect to receive your order in 7-14 business days.

Method of Shipment
We ship all orders via United States Postal Service or via FedEx Ground. We currently offer Media Mail (7-14 Business Days), Priority Mail (2-5 Business Days) and FedEx Ground (2-5) from the time it ships out from our warehouse.

Please note that only FedEx ground is guaranteed and trackable. The USPS gives no guarantee that your shipment will arrive within their specified time.

What if I need My Stuff quicker?
We have other options for expedited shipping, but because of the high cost to overnight and second day ship a package, we don't recommend it. However, if you absolutely need it over night, give us a call at 719-278-8422, and we will see what we can do.

Backorders
The Arsenal Bookstore will ship the in-stock items to you, and then ship the backordered items when they are back in stock, at no extra shipping charge to you. If more than 1 item is on backorder we will wait until all of the backordered items are available and send them in one additional shipment. This will save both you and the Arsenal from having to ship several shipments for the same order.

Return Policy
You may return ONLY return items that are damaged or defective and were purchased from the Arsenal.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from The Arsenal Bookstore.

We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed your returned item. You may expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. We can only refund shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

Please send all returns to The Arsenal along with a copy of your receipt/invoice.
