Bill is the current director of the International Society of Deliverance Ministers (ISDM) which was founded by Doris and C. Peter Wagner. Bill's vision for ISDM is to recognize and network deliverance ministers nationally and internationally. Bill desires to see a level of credibility restored to the ministry of deliverance by providing continuing education and peer level accountability.
