In the church God has provided and established many delegated authorities to whom we owe our submission. By submitting to (aligning with) them, we are submitting to (and aligning with) God! We are not to pick and choose on some fleshly (carnal) basis, with whom we will align. Instead, we are to learn to be subject to all godly, governing authorities and seek God to guide us to our own!
If there is no word of authority, there is no order or government, and if there is no order or government, there is no Church (Ekklesia) or Kingdom.
