Roland Worton has worked alongside churches, ministries, and conferences in cross-cultural and multi-generational settings for the last twenty-five years. He is currently part of the executive pastoral team at Sojourn Church in Dallas, Texas, and is the founder of Soundforgers, an organization committed to the release of creative initiatives. Roland’s assignment also includes working extensively in the Middle East with emerging underground church networks. Roland has been married to Shirin for twenty-five years, and they have two teenage sons.
