Description

Why prayer rooms? What will this room look like and who will use it? This manual answers your questions from vision to completion!

In 1984 I went to Korea to study the prayer movement happening there. I learned of over 100 Prayer Mountain Retreat centers sponsored by all kinds of denominations. I even went to visit one such place and it was phenomenal. Upon returning to the states, I realized that there was no place to pray in the new church we had recently built. We could not create a Prayer Mountain, but we could create a prayer room. As a result, we turned an old junk room into a 24-7 place for intercession. What a blessing this was for our church.

A short time later, I was in the shower, and the words Making Room to Pray came to mind. So, I wrote this manual on how to build a prayer space. We have been helping the Church build prayer rooms ever since 1984.
