About the Author

Vance Russell is an apostle/prophet with the heart of a visionary and a spiritual father to many. He has served as senior pastor of Arise Ministries International, a church in Austin, Texas for sixteen years. Vance is ordained through Christian International under the authority of Dr. Bill Hamon and is a member of the International Coalition of Apostles (ICA) under the leadership of Dr. Peter Wagner.

Through partnership with the Holy Spirit, he has produced a Christ-centered community.
