About the Author

Ira and Judy Milligan have served God since 1962. In 1986 they founded Servant Ministries, Inc. Ira teaches and presents seminars including: Dreams and Their Interpretation; Prophets and Personal Prophecy; Counseling and deliverance; and Personal Spiritual Warfare. Ira and Judy minister in the gifts of the Spirit. Ira is the author of several books including: Understanding the Dreams You Dream; and The Master's Voice, A Practical Guide to Personal Ministry. Ira and his wife reside in Tioga, LA. They have four children and eleven grandchildren.
