There are seasons in our lives. We all go through cycles of experience and different phases of change in our lifetime. We may prefer having an eternal spring-time, but God knows that for the complete and balanced development of character, the other seasons are indispensable. So, He uses the seasons to work out His character in us and bring us to maturity. Of the four spiritual seasons, summer can be the most perilous if you are not adequately prepared. While many servants of God are tempted to give up during the trying winter season, regrettably many fall during or soon after the summer-high of their ministries. Perils lurk in each season. Understanding the spiritual seasons could help you avoid the enemy's snares.
