Description

Depression is a prolonged feeling of sadness and discouragement, accompanied by a profound feeling of impotence, disabling us from changing the things that are out of our control.

Approximately 12 million people in the United States suffer from depression.  This is such a serious problem that every 90 seconds a teenager commits suicide because of it.  Unfortunately, some Christians also surrendered to this devastating evil.  This demonstrates the inability in people to face this adversity without behaving destructively.

Psychologists, psychiatrists and other health professionals search for solutions to this “epidemic,” but few have achieved the desired results.  Much literature is written on this subject but rarely do we find someone to touch on the topic in a deep and spiritual way.  However, this beautiful book is based on the Holy Scriptures; it is a practical manual that teaches us how to face depression and how to be delivered from it forever, one step at a time.
