About the Author:

Kent Humphreys has been a business leader for forty years.  While owning and operating a nationwide general merchandise distribution business, he worked with the nation’s largest retailers.  After selling the family business in 1997, Kent has continued to be involved in real estate and medical distribution.  From 2002 to 2007, he was the president of Fellowship of Companies for Christ International, an organization that equips and encourages Christian business leaders who desire to use their companies as a platform for ministry.  Kent now serves as the worldwide ambassador for FCCI/Christ@Work.  For many years he has spent much of his time ministering to workplace leaders and pastors across the country and around the world through speaking, writing, and mentoring.  Kent and his wife, Davidene, have written numerous books together including Show and then Tell, Shepherding Horses, and Christ@Work in Your Transition from the Campus to the Workplace.  He has served on the board of directors of The Navigators, hospitals, and seminaries.  Kent and Davidene have three children and eight grandchildren and make their home in Oklahoma City.
